The restaurant is proud to use the best of local produce including local barramundi in season or Red Throat Emperor caught in pristine water between Mackay and Bowen, local free-range pork, fresh seasonal vegetables from their region. The all day dining is available from 7.30am until 5.00pm. Guests may book a table after 5.00pm are welcome or room service is available.

The Hideaway also caters for functions and private parties seven days a week. Bookings are essential. A wonderful variety of menus available including smorgasbord, finger food, alternative drop.
