Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Changes - Off Peak Periods
If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking monies received will be refunded less $20 administration fee.
If the booking is cancelled between 14 days to 72 hours prior to the commencement of the booking monies received will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 14 days to 72 hours can be held in credit in your name to be used within 6-months of the date of cancellation. Credit not used within 6-months will be forfeited. Please note that date changes may attract a higher tariff.
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the changed or cancelled nights fees.
Early Departure - No refunds will be issued should you decide to cut your stay short or in the event of inclement weather.
Special Conditions apply during peak periods - ie. Christmas Easter Long Weekends & School Holidays

From the Bruce Highway, turn onto Mackay-Bucasia Road. Travel through three roundabouts and take the third exit onto Eimeo Road. Continue on to the next round about and take the third exit onto Blacks Beach Road then turn left onto Bourke St and you will arrive at Mackay Blacks Beach Holiday Park.
