Description
Mackay Regional Council operates the St Helens camping reserve located in some of the region’s most picturesque settings. Powered sites are not available. Pre bookings are not available for the St Helens reserve. Camping attendants will visit daily to collect fees. Camping fees for councils camping reserves

Directions
Turn east off the Bruce Highway, 400 metres north of the St Helens Bridge in Calen, onto Pratt Road. Travel 2.5 kilometres then turn right onto Wewak Road. Travel 2 kilometres then turn left onto St Helens Road which becomes St Helens Beach Road. Travel 8 kilometres then turn right onto Murrays Road. The camping spot is 1.5 kilometres on an unsealed road.
