The Clermont Historical Centre celebrates the rich and diverse heritage of Clermont, Copperfield, and Blair Athol, with an emphasis on settler, mining, and agricultural histories.

The extensive collection of artefacts has been contributed by local families and businesses in the region. Displays include the Aveling and Porter No 6803 steam engine which was used to shift the town after the 1916 flood. The Clermont Fire Brigade truck. Jacques Diesel Powered Shovel and Ruston Steam Shovel used at the Blair Athol Mine. As well as the Glenmore Shearing Shed, Cosmans Livery, Chiconi Stables, and the Peak Downs Masonic Lodge.

Clermont Historical Centre is located on the Gregory Highway approximately 2 kilometres from the town of Clermont, and there is parking available onsite.
