In this special free session with Anytime Fitness and Inspire Fitness Coach Nicola Rieck, learn how to move your body and get the endorphins flowing.

This gym session is tailored for young people who want to learn more about movement, developing your fitness and how exercise can benefit your mental health in the long term. Nicola will take you through a range of exercises in Anytime Fitness' facilities — come prepared to sweat!

As you will be exercising in this session, please bring comfortable clothing, closed in shoes, and a towel.
